I have always had a deep rooted passion for the physical body and the mental capabilities of the human mindset.
Amazed by the body's ability to strengthen and heal itself within by simply making a conscience choice to quite and self discipline the cluttered mind.
It takes one moment to make a positive choice and a lifetime to live it and love it.
Investing in your self is your greatest attribute, for you are only good to those around you, once you are good to yourself. Learning not to let the outside world rob you of your inner peace and positive energy.
After 7 years of practicing yoga and becoming a certified instructor I continue this journey, this has become my own personal investment, my holistic way of life.
