I am a 37 year old native of San Diego, California. Although I have experienced every place under the Sun I fell mostly in love with the lifestyle of Cortez Hill, Encinitas and Ocean Beach. Ultimately making Ocean Beach and Point Loma my home forever.
Since childhood I was raised on natural healing properties such as homeopathic medicines like “ground snakeskin”, “Cod liver oils” and great healing therapeutic oils. Although a natural non meat eater and a lover of pure water I think everyone is quite unique and whether you are a meat eater or vegan you should listen to your inner self and not what others try to force you to be. Listen to your body it will indicate when things are well and when they are not.

Yoga is not a struggle. It is a release from the war within yourself, it is your precious moments of self discipline--a joining of the mind and physical body deepening your over all self awareness. The word “yoga” actually means “joining”.

I became entranced seven years ago with the many practices of “YOGA”. Studies have shown that keeping the body lubricated and pure with constant motion and postures reduce the mind of over all stress and reducing the catabolic process of cell deterioration. Tests show that yoga can increase lung capacity and respiration, reduced body weight, the ability to resist stress automatically not to mention decreasing cholesterol and blood sugar levels. Overall a restorative effect throughout ones system.

The “yogic tree” is like a rainforest of constant diverse practices. I have fallen in love with every form I can possibly learn and teach. A never ending journey of discovery. So until I reach my last yogic breath there will always be something more to learn and fill my soul with. A passion for studying all forms of beliefs, religions and cultural practices, it is every form of practice that graces the earth that keeps me continuously intrigued. I look forward to taking this journey with all walks of life. So until “you” and “I” are destined to meet,

Namaste.
