ASHTANGA/ HATHA YOGA
An introduction to the first series of Astanga salutations of the Astanga yoga method of K. Pattabi Jois and the Krishnamachary lineage. Introduced to me and taught to me by master Mathew Sweeney and Director Anne Nowell (RYS). Combined with teacher Mark Whitwell a great yogic philosopher and my Hatha teachings and knowledge arriving from my extensive training with Helen Mcgill of Your Yoga Voyage 200 hour (RYS).
May they be recognized for their great teachings for without the beginning I would not have arrived where I am now.
Corepower 200 (RYS) a great thank you to my trainer Elyssa and Trevor of Corepower for their teachings in immense core yoga, a journey of both mental and physical practice.
Creating another porthole of intense practice by introducing me to Budokon with master Cameron Shayne a practice so intense on the body and mind that it brought soul sealing tears to my eyes at the end. A feeling I wish I could encase in a snow globe forever.
VINYASA I
A free flow form of yoga where movement and breath come together, continuously. A balancing and strengthening series of postures combined with floor work. A series of postures to energize you better than coffee while alleviating the mind of outside negativity. Releasing fresh blood flow and continuous circulation through out the body. Our breath will become the very link between our bodies and mind. This class will show you that with the control of our breath we can control every thing else in our lives. Calming and centering as we leave all of our troubles behind like the very shoes we remove from our feet at the end of a tiring day.
TEEN YOGA
For todays Pre-teen and teen in mind. A more intense, attention grabbing approach to pranayama (breath control), asana(postures), and Dhana (meditation) with an upbeat series of combinations to todays MUSIC. Alleviating the mind of todays teen who stresses of homework, home life, and peer pressures. High risk youths may have fees waived upon approval by me. No parents make the requests the youth must come forward and write their heart felt request of sanctuary with the parents permission to attend the class, this is my only requirement. All requests written are confidential. (Where attendance size and time frames permit a waiting list may occur but you will never be misplaced or forgotten)
What is considered a high risk youth?
An age group of 12-16 years that have nowhere to go anymore, troubles at home, troubles at school not enough income from home to cover fees on taking an extra curricular class, feeling they never have something for themselves. Kids who want to run away or who continuously get into trouble or who are ill or suffering from a loss.
Send all requests to:

Each session begins with a form you fill out that I keep confidentially on file that indicates your history of health concerns and goals.
Each session ends with Shavasana a relaxation pose as you listen to beautiful music. As I come and rest my energy and aromatherapy oils on you to take you into a deep state of breath and sound and relaxation while you seal in the benefits of your yoga. You will listen to the words of a great artist I have selected. A CD containing one of my personal favorite songs with a great message to all. This artist is from San Diego who once slept homeless on our beaches with the voice of an angel. Her voice destined to be heard as she was discovered here in a local café. I invite you to go and purchase her CD for your own personal enjoyment. Her name is Jewel and the song is Hands. For she states such an array of beautiful phrases and ends with an ending so gracious
AT THE END ONLY KINDNESS MATTERS.
I also work with celebrities and sports figures. Privacy and atmosphere are held with the upmost respect. Their practice is without disruption. Reassured with signed confidentiality contracts.
Pro Bono work for yoga services are dependant upon the nature of the need and written letters approved by me.
My greatest gratitude givin unto:
Last but not least to the two who made such an impact in my yogic life. To one day fill their shoes of complete well being and complete acceptance of this life that has been offered unto me.
Mark Whitwell (RYS), to a teacher that I wish I could keep close to me at all times. As I breathed the words into his goodbye hug as he gave us our certification I have truly searched my whole life to meet people just like him. As if heaven kissed my soul. Such a pure hearted man and so accepting of life and death and all human lives.
Dorian Davis- A great beautiful spirit and trainer who was Master Sweeneys assistant during my intense training. What a gift of light she was and will forever be in my heart.
These two people have touched me in a way that has left their voices in my heart and soul forever.
Thank you!!
